I am a program developer come from china.i am in a state of confusion that i do not know what i can do after i was forty or older more. i live in a second-class city of china. The development of IT is not very good. so it need always youngman
in many corporation. so friends ,can you tell me how can i do for my work planning, and what can i do to improve my skills in job.

Perhaps you should consider to find a job as an IT Trainer and become a freelance programmer, you can find many opportunities here:
