Dots in the body

Last week i saw a man taking bath in a river fully naked. I noticed his body is full of black dots. after the bath i came near to him and watched the dots. I could not count them that was as many as we cannot count. He told me that this is a natural phenomena. and may be tranferred to him by geans, as his mother was also having that. He also told me told count the dots and get a reward. But i could not. In his private parts also there is the dot. What is this. How is like that is there any opinion.
