skin problem her...

its almost two months since this skin problem appear to me...its like pimples in my arms...everyday one to two appeared...i dont know what it caused and i dont know how to treat it...im getting worried...can you help me please?

Are they little red dots on your upper arms? I had that for a while. My doctor told me to take Omega-3 supplements and the dots went away in about a week. He tol me to start eating fish three times a week and the dots would stay away. I am not a fan of fish, but I started eating it and I haven't had a problem since.
If it is actually pimples (acne) you can try a body wach with salicylic acid. I believe that Neutrogena has one. I think that Clean & Clear has one too. Just look in the skin care aisle at your store.

I think you should see a doctor - just in case.
It may not be a big deal, but better safe than sorry.
