What is your oldest childhood memory?

As you get older obviously your childhood gets further and further away from you, and it gets difficult to remember things you used to do when you were growing up. But there will always be one or two memories that will stick with you forever, for many reasons, or sometimes for no reason in particular. Like, my oldest childhood memory is me riding on a bike in nursery and falling into a grove in the mud. I must have been about 2 and a half. I still remember it like it was yesterday though. It's weird
What is your oldest childhood memory, and is there a reason why you remember this out of all the other things that happened when you were young?

i honestly remember them bringing my baby brother home from the hospital..although my momma keeps laughing at me i remember it vividly! i remember where i was what color my room was where i was sitting who was in the room with me and everything i was 2 at the that time..i was in my bedroom on bunk beds on the top bunk my room was green and my uncle charlie and aunt brenda was babysitting me and my dad come in the room and told me they was home with my brother we went in the living room and sit on a green vinyl couch and i was sitting beside my uncle holding my brother ...mad cause i didnt want a dang brother i wanted a sister..lol ...but it annoys the heck out of me my mom laughs when i remember this cause she acts like i am silly cause i was to young

Wow, that's quite a deep memory. Obviously it depends how long ago it was, but it sounds like it was quite a long time ago for you. It really is amazing what you remember. And I'm guessing that because you desperately wanted a sister and got a brother you were 'scarred for life', lol. I'm sure you love your brother now, but your disappointment when you were 2 has left with that memory.

lol dont know how scarred a 2 yr old could get about a new baby ha..but i got used to him i reckon ..i did get a sister 5 yrs later LOL dont know why i can remember all that so vividly ..and yep hes a wonderful brother wouldnt trade him for nothing :)

i have lots of chilhood memory that still remain. i can still remember when i crowned little south villa in our place because i was the first one who won that award, i still remember the time we used to play outside our house with my friends. like hide and sick, chinese garter and lot more.
