Starr's teflon dress?

What else could it be? First the dip washes out easily and then it was totally brown with mud and Vicki washed that out without Starr ever having to take it off. I'm a guy, but I'm almost positive that no dress that was right for a prom could be treated that way and look unaffected like hers did when Vicki had finished with such a superficial cleaning. So gals, what do you think?

I think it is plastic, Vicki stood there with star and a paper towel and removed all the mud and on her .. what are aunts for.
