What is religion? Is it important in the lives of human being?

religion is important as a sense that it will always stand against you saying thats wrong and what is right.you will have the fear that ur boss is always keeping an eye on you and you will try to be much improved person than before. religion also have a hand to decrease the lieing and untruthfull society.

For me religion is nothing but smoke and mirrors to make people believe theres something higher in power then man which there isnt or at least has been proven. Also religion is just another way to con hard working nieve people out of there money. In all fairness I do believe alot of people follow religion because they need to believe in something thats out there looking out for them but the cold hard truth is we are on our own and their is no higher power to answer to. So overall what Im trying to say is religion is not important in my life or the lives of many others but many do believe religion is needed in day to day life to keep people connected to where we all supposley came from.
