i had no cards belong to bank & i had no bank account.. how can i can create & activate paypal account...i had no cards & bank account.. is any bank cards are necessary for moneybookers.... plz..plz..plz..plz..help me 4m this prob.

Hi I did not give bank or credit card info to PayPal when I joined. You can sign up for a basic account. Then when you get a bank account you can add it to your PayPal account. Hope this helps

hi if you are living in the philippines, you can apply for a cash card at banco de oro, it is an atm and a debit card, i used it in on my registration in paypal, it is an international card... you can inquire at your nearest banco de oro... goodluck...
