As much as possible I do want to prepare food and eat on time. 7:00 am breakfast, 12:00 noon lunch and 7:00pm dinner. But sometimes we not intend to eat passed the time for some reasons like busy at work or not feeling starve. How about you do you eat on time or do you skip meals?

On working days I normally take my breakfast in time...because I am required to reach my office in time. And on working days lunch is taken in the lunch hours in office usually at 1.00 p.m. to 1.15 p.m.. On weekends the time of breakfast and lunch time varies due to many factors. However, dinner time varies ....between 8.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. on all days. Normally I do not skip any of my meals.

Not me - I have no eating schedual and there are times it's almost bed time when I realize I haven't eaten. Other times I may eat 5 or 6 times a day (small snacks).

My wife and I usually like to keep to a certain schedule, but it gets tough sometimes with all the other things that happen around us. There are sometimes we won't have dinner until late, like past 10 PM, just because of how busy we are, or skipping breakfast altogether. We do try to keep it to a close timeframe, but I think we skip more meals that we would like.

yeap...it is hard to eat on time, for sometimes not wakt up too early in the morning, or must catch something during lunch time, and overtime at office during dinner. Health experts says that it is not healthy not to eat on time, but did anyone ever miss the "ontime" meal?

For me, brunch is any time I wake. Dinner would be usually about 7-8pm+. Dinner will depend on the TV programs I am catching. I like to schedule my meal times around them. ;-)

I tryto eat on time but when I happen to have a large breakfast I wont skip lunch but I will wait and have lunch a little later than I normally do. I try to wait till I am actually hungry to actually make something.

Hello, lynboobsy,i will try to eat on time as i know it is a very godo habit to do so,i never skip any meals, even when i do not have much time to prepare my breakfast sometimes,i will eat a slice of bread or so to fill me up so that i will not need to hang on with my hunger for the whole day.I will have lunch at my lunchbreak at the same time everyday and will prepare dinner after i come back home from work at similar time.

I am very bad in this respect, never keep up my timings for food partaking. Some work I will be doing and I will be engrossed in that and go on post-poning the food taking.

I think eating in not in time is a excuse but not eating or post poning is not a good habit you might get sick. Thanks for sharing.
