Paypal won't work for me!!! WHY!!!

Hi Wooitsmolly, The first thing I might suggest is to make sure that you have all of your internet explorer updates. Make sure that windows is updated. That would be my advice. If this doesnt work, let me know and I'll see if I figure something else to try. Take care, Terry

paypal recognise every computer by their ip address, so ip add is sometime just like our identification card. you can't share yours with you boy, right/? at the very first time you registered with paypal, they already tagged your computer ip address. anywhere, i have the problem with paypal as well. i have no credit card, and they keep on asking me for the information..? i guess , i've to swap to others ..

molly, it is very likely that your country is not listed, try to check the paypal country list and see if your country is listed-if it is listed then your security system is blocking your access-

I would agree with the person that suggested checking security settings. That has prevented me from being able to access certain sites. I had to go in and temporarily change the settings to access the site.

So far I know paypal is not available for every country in the world. Specially it is not applicable for the third world country like Bangladesh, India, Pakistan & so on.. It is available for the developed country like America, England, Canada, Australi and so on. It may be a problem that my paypal account may not work since I am a inhabitant of Bangladesh.. but it is strange that your paypal account work on your boy friend pc not in your pc where two of you share/use same internet environment... it is really laughfing. I think it is not a serious problem just it will be solved with the walking on the time..

Hi wooitsmolly , I agree with the checking security settings issue. if the problem still there, i suggest to install NetScape Navigator it will works stand alone if you have any trouble in Internet Explorer it will dose not effect on netscape.
