How do you like your boss. Are they pleasant or do they get you on your nerves?

My boss is a jerk. He thinks he is better than other people because he owns a business. And, that's not just my opinion, he tells people that. And he's serious, not joking. He thinks the people who work for him are lucky because he is giving them a job.

I hate bosses like that, mine isn't like that, she more of a perfectionist who has to have everything her way, which can also be annoying when you have to guess her way.
