Yes team work is applied in every bussiness, org, etc. It is very successful one. We can achieve a big targets or plans through team work.

When I had an interview, boss would ask me whether I had the team spirit. I think a group with team spirit will have more possibilities to succeed.

Yes,I believe in team work because without team work a team game can not be won.A single person con not take the team to victory unless the whole team does not perform well.
