How to solve the official problems concerned to personnel ?

Whether while solving you will consider friendship or maintaining official status only. If friendship basis the problem considers how much leniency we have to provide. And if maintaining official status how much dare we should have and strictness we have to maintain to solve the probelm.

In HR, it is taught to handle people with love and affection and humane consideration. There are several ways decent ways of teaching a person to perform his duties and responsibilities and punishment should be final and should be avoided, if still there are ways of making people work as per the rules of the company, or government. I employed 35 persons and I had no problem about HR. May be one should have patience and keep away the ego from day to day working. It is difficult but achievable.
