How many years of your student life have you spent in Hostel?

Hey I have spent around 6 months in hostel, it was lovely but some time too noisy too.

I have stayed in a residential school for long seven years and now in college hostel for the past three years.So in total about 10 years I have stayed in hostels.Im just 21 and thus almost half of my life till now I was in a hostel.Great feeling it is...

I was staying in Hostel for more than 5 years of my life. I was doing my Engineering Degree during which I had stay away from my family. So I had to choose the hostel for my stay within the college Campus. I also agree with you that Hostel life is very much fun and different from the life outside the hostel. I really enjoyed my stay with the hostel and still remember the days I stayed there. Thanks for starting this discussion and making me remember those days again.

almost a year. around 10 months to be exact. Life seems ok but i really missed my family, that's why i went back home.

I have stayed in hostel for an year.My hostel and my college was at a nearby distance.so it was very easy to go college at time.Only problem there was the food.
