Anyone knows how a beauty parlor works, especially in the Philippines? how do you give the salary of your beauticians? is it by percentage?

I'm not sure how things work there in the Philippines, but I'm sure that there are several ways you could set up the pay structure for the beauticians. If you are the owner of the parlor, you could charge a monthly rent to the beauticians and they keep 100% of what they earn. They are basically independent contractors if you go this route. You are assured a fixed monthly income for each chair and they are receiving 100% of what they charge plus their tips. You could hire them in as employees. In this case you could consider several models. You could pay a flat hourly rate plus their tips. You could pay a percentage of daily sales of the parlor. You could give a low flat hourly rate with a percentage of sales plus tips. There's a lot of ways to get this set up, it's up to you to figure out what would work best.
