Lost password for hotmail account

I had my computer cleaned up and my hotmail password and the answer tomy secret question are gone. How do I get into my original hotmail account? It keeps asking me for the answer to the secret question!

if u can't remember the answer to ur secret question i guess u'll have to make a new account
