I'm saving mine.
Although my first went onto a site and gift for my wife. (which I had planned for some time)

I remember I used a part of my 1st salary to have a good meal with my friends. Then I gave 1/3 to my parents. As I had work and I could give them some money. I was already independent. Then finally I saved most of them for future use.
