Anime Lovers! Got a good website?

I've seen a lot of site containing anime series that i want to watch but the problem is they are not that organized at all... i try to watch at dailymotion.com, youtube.com etc. but the best site that i saw is http://www.crunchyroll.com they are organized according to its series. I'm still looking for other websites that i can watch with faster buffer and also much more organized. Please Help! I'm an anime goer! JASON
