have you ever been to spain?

last week i met a friend who's from las palmas, spain. he's very gentle and kind, i think he's one of the nicest persons i've ever met. i've never been to spain, but i am planning to go there soon. so please help me, share your experiences about spain. thanks! ;) muchos gracias!

Yes I've been there. It's OK but I think I prefer Italy, there's just something nicer about italy. Would chose Spain over France any day though, people in souhtern france is just hard to deal with...

I have been to the Canary Islands. They are owned by Spain and situated off the Atlantic Ocean. I liked the sandy beach I stayed near to. There were many hungry cats outside my accommodation. I had the feed them as I felt so sorry for them. The north and middle of the island was full of English people and the south of the island was full of German people. The climate is lovely there for nearly the whole year.
