I prefer YM because I'm more comfortable with it, and not all my friends have gmail. Though to be fair to gtalk, I haven't really explored it all that much. I used it like only once or twice in the past.

Gtalk is from gmail? :0 I prefer Yahoo messenger because is easy to use and it has many features that i really like... I love YM pool game :)

I prefer YIM only cause its easier for me to get and I'm able to show my friends pictures while we message back and forth.

I am using Y!M eversince. I guess it's really user-friendly and easy to use. Plus, a lot of my friends are using it too so it's easier for us to communicate.
