why dont people fully care about others am surprised all the unstableness caused in the world is by fellow people. what can be done?

If we could get rid of all the people then the world would become a lovely place to live.

Some people to care about others. Unfortunately there are many who do not. They are more concerned about themselves than they are about the people around them. I don't know what can be done except to teach by example. Be a caring person yourself and hopefully those around you will follow your example.
