Should we worry about the cholestrol in chicken eggs?

University of Surrey recently reported that people who consumed one or more eggs a day did not suffer more cardiovascular disease compared to non-egg eaters. The researchers' main worry is the saturated fats we take rather than the dietary cholesterol like the egg yolk. If this conclusion can apply to also sea food like crabs and prawns which happen to be my favorite, it'd be a very good news to me! What is your comment? http://healthysite.blogspot.com

Thank you very much for your contribution. I agree with your comment but I think I'm not doing enough exercise. http://healthysite.blogspot.com
