Does the STATUTORY WARNING help at all?

If you are reading this post, you have more chances of being a smoker...I am a smoker too, but not a chain smoker. I smoke around 6 - 8 cigarettes a day. There are specific times in the day when i smoke like in the morning, after the lunch, after dinner, in the evening...Do you have such timings as well? Another question i have, does the statutory warning on cigarette packs help at all? Have you ever been discouraged from smoking by that warning?
