Well i didnt get to go Camping :(

Poor kimmi_jayne. Did you tell him that you had it all planned, or are you going to wait until a different weekend and do it then? At least you thought of it for him. There are 2 schools of thought here. 1 - Tell him you were going to go camping, and that way he knows you were thinking of it. 2 - Don't tell him, and save it as a surprise for later on.

High winds would have been a dream for me, for ever single time I have gone camping, with out fail it rains. The forecast will call for it to be hot and sunny. So we will go camping. The the rain comes. I don't mean the light rain either, I am talking storm rain. The ones that tear up your tent. Sorry your camping trip was ruined. Hope things are better next time you try to go.

That's too bad, but better safe than sorry. We were camping one time when a tornado watch came along. We got caught in some pretty nasty weather. We moved from the tent to the car because it was the safest place around, but still pretty scary.

That is such a shame as I know you were looking forward to it so much! Did you camp out in the house and pretend you were still camping out - that would still have been fun - without the risk of getting blown away! lol xxx
