Do you have a weight problem?

I don't know if you can call this a weight problem really but if i won't do something about it now i think i would! I thought i was fit when i was a student i used to play soccer back then. So i always have time to exercise... Now i have a desk job and exercising is really not on my schedule...I have to much to think about that i can't seemed to find time for it...Or maybe i've just become lazy. Whatever the reason is my friends notice the additional weight i have and they always tease me about it. Do you have any suggestions for me?I planned to do exercises early in the morning but i'm always tired that i can't get up really early... Please help!

You can go for a morning or evening walk else can do exercises which can be done while sitting. But some activity must be theres. Try using the washroom which is far from your desk. Take a break after say one hour and just roam around your area.

i always take the longest way when i go to work everyday... i tend to walk a little each day but i feel like its not working...

Prehaps you should have a healthy diet instead yea .... plan and eat healthy yea .... try to exercise when you have time , i guess that would help you a lot yea

When people see this topic, I think most of them think that overweight is a problem. My problem is maybe I am too thin. I want to get more weight. Please keep a good healthy diet and do some sports whenever you can, you will soon have a normal weight.

i know how hard it must be for you to exercise after work cos you'll be tired by then to run or do any form of exercise but if you want to lose weight,there's always a way.i know how it feels to be teased,i get it all the time.you can wake up at least an hour early and run around the neighbourhood.it's better to exercise early in the morning than after work.and stay away from chocolates and icecream.and sugar too.i hope this helps!you can do it!if they tease you,honey,they're not worth being friends with.hugs.
