i got slapped by my sir in my school days without any reason and that was my one and only slap i had in my life but it was very harsh.....my face got red wit 5 lines [:(]..after wards sir told me sorry for slappin unnecsarily..
did u every encounterd such situation?
did u ever got slappd?

I've been slapped a lot, by teachers, family members, supposed friends, romantic partners... I guess I'm just that annoying or something.
No, really it's not that I am annoying but that I had no way of stopping people from treating me badly because of things that weren't my fault when I was younger. There finally came a point where I could stand up for myself, and I did, and now no one slaps me. The last person that I can remember doing so was a guy I was dating, and he came out of that situation far worse than I did!

I am really sorry lecanis, that you had to go through all that violence. It appears that people always attack weak people, which makes them cowards in my eyes.
Your last line did give me a laugh, lecanis. Thanks for sharing both sad and interesting parts of your story!

Thanks, kamran! I did go through a lot when I was younger, for reasons that weren't really my fault at all. It took a long time for me to realize that, since of course the entire time people were telling me that I had done something wrong to cause them to abuse me, when in fact I was as innocent as any other child would be.
I'm glad I could give you a laugh as well! Laughing is a very valuable thing, and a part of what makes life worth living, even with all the sadness that can exist in it. =)

I really don't believe that a child can give a reason to abuse! My wife was abused by her extended family member when she was 6 for a reason which is as unbelievable as calling a white color a black!
I am sorry if I offended you on the last line, I just realized that I was insensitive. I just thought that that guy would think twice now before slapping an innocent.

Getting slapped had to be a common phenomenon for me. I was occasionally slapped by my family members but that wasn't any serious. I had been heavily slapped, beaten, tortured by local mafias, pressure groups, police and student unions, specially during the time when I was myself student leader and a social worker. but in all these cases, they have had their due share too:-)
I have also been attacked with knife (dagger) and I still have healed wounds on both sides of my rib cage. Had I not have some basic skill, I would not have been writing here:-).

It sounds like you had a really rough time of it too! I have as well been attacked with knives, but in my case my survival was more a matter of the person taking what they wanted and then not bothering to finish killing me. How sad that life is like this, that people must suffer in such ways.
It seems as if you and I have a lot in common! Thank you for telling your story.

I too think that we have things in common:-)
In my case the attack was meant to finish me off! thanks to some skill, I not only survived but was able to neutralize the person. In fact, a fire was also shot for that purpose and I survived by chance. The person in question fled and was later killed by another person (criminals usually have other criminals coming after them:-))
