What do you do?

What do you do if you can not get to a bank, open a checking, or bank account. How do you verify your paypal or recieve money then? - DNatureofDTrain

I don't think you can then.. check the paypal faq or email them. I have sent them queries before and they are quite fast to reply (though you may need to ask more than once since they may give you the answer to the wrong question).

Okay.. It says I can send and recieve to a certain a limit, so when I reach my payout it is just going to sit there for awhile until I can verify it by either a bank, check, or prepaid virtual credit card. Thanks, - DNatureofDTrain

If you can still send and receive to a limit, it shouldn't be a problem.. myLot payout is not all that much. Even for you at min $100 payout, I would think that $100 is still within the limit by paypal.. no?

yes moneybookers is better because they can send money to your bank account no matter where you live.

With paypal you need to have an already established bank accout. Or else you cannot withdrawl or add funds to your paypal account. A credit card is also handy when verifying with paypal
