What truely constitutes being a hero? Our children watch television, play games, and idolize basball, football, and multiple other sport's players. A hero is a person noted for feats of courage or nobility of purpose, especially one who has risked or sacrificed his or her life for others. I believe it can be more than that, like someone who changes a persons life for the better by coming in contact with them. Name the person, whether close to you or far in the past. Mine would have to be my own mother.
