What is leadeship? What type of leadership is the best? There are many ways to lead and every leader has his own individual style, some of the more common styles include autocratic, bureaucratic, democratic, and lassez-faire. It was discovered that different styles were needed for different situations and each leader needed to know when to use a particular approach. While the suitable leadership style depends on the situation, there are three others factors that also influence which leadership style to use.What style of leadership do you use?
