Usually bedwetting in not intentional. It could be a combination of factors (delayed growth, small bladder capcity, psychological factors, etc). However, is it a child or an adult? Bedwetting is broken down into two very distinct categories. There are a wide range of physical conditions that could trigger bedwetting. Conditions such as a urinary tract infection, the onset of diabetes, or simply emotional stress.

I did not know that diabetes had any bearing on bed wetting. I have never heard that before, nor about stress. Stress can really cause a lot of problems that you can be totally unaware of. Thanks.

I guess for some its medical condition, i also had same problem of bed wetting uptill 14 years but then it disappeared suddenly,i didnt undergo any medical treatment for it but allowed to it to continue as i felt it was part of my natural development. If problem persists then one should seek for medical consultation else i feel its normal.

Are you saying that one day you just stopped and it never came back?
