Most Interesting or Unique Tattoo you've seen?

What is the most unusual or unique tattoo you have seen on someone? I know there are millions of tattoos out there, but what is your opinion? The one that comes to my mind is a guy who had a fried egg on his elbow. Actually the yolk was right on the elbow itself and the white part of the egg had a crushed cigarette butt in it. It was about 8 years ago that I saw it, but it still is stuck in my head.

I have seen so many tattoos that it's hard to pick out a specific one as the most unusual or unique. I thought that my fiance had a fairly unique one--he got a specific picture of The Joker (from Batman) tattooed on his arm. Then he found two other people online with that same tattoo!
I've got two designs that my fiance has drawn for me that I plan to get eventually. They are both pretty standard tattoo ideas (a koi and a butterfly), but they will be unique because he designed them for me. They won't really stand out in the grand scheme of things, though.
That fried egg tattoo sounds like it would be great! :)
