what happend to this train? I heard it dissapeard and no1 was found. is this true? pretty creepy

I don't know where you might have heard that one but I'd have to say it's an Urban Legend. The original California Zephyr stopped running in 1970 and Amtrak used the name for it's Chicago to California route starting in 1983 according to wikipedia.
