Incest

What do you think about incest? In many country, it's forbidden. Here you can get prison from 2 to 8 years if you commit incest. How is in your country? Do you think it's correct?
I don't think it's fair to punish two brothers just becase they love each other. It's ok to preserv their health and the one of the children they could have, but the prison it's too much, for me.

In our country its not allowed though there is no punishment as imprisonement. Incest if until 3rd degree I think its not appropriate not just of the possibility that thier children will be retarded. But moral speaking I just don't find it right.

Yeah, it's ok to care of problems which children born from an incest could have, but morally I cn't see anything wrong. We can't totally choose who to fall in love with.

As far as I know incest isn't illegal in the US. It is however looked down apon. I think that incest between immediate family is wrong. Mostly because it can caused birth defects in the children.

Yay, I know. But, for example, here in Italy is forbidden. Just cousins after 2° grade can marry. And for others, there is the prison. I just think that prison it's alittle excessive.

I know i am against it..but second cousins? i don't know..what the law is ..but for sister or brother or father and daughter/son..or any combination of immediate blood is very wrong..but i never hear about anyone going to jail. it sounds all bizaare but their was a lot of it going on in the Old Testament...this was forbidden too but Noah did it after he got off the ark..he got drunk and his two daughters did this as there was no men around..methinnks..aso the blood line was very pure.

I think that its wrong but you can't help who you fall in love with though. I don't think that a person should be sentenced to jail because of it or unless one of them is under the age and being taken advantage of.
