Banned from Google

I have been using google's adsence to boost the income from my websites. My balance this morning we $368.30 I have just come back from work to discover an email from Google stating My account has been closed due to fraudulant clicks. I have not clicked on any link or advert in my site and have not asked or encouraged anyone else to either. It just strikes me that google have waited until my earning are high and then banned me so they dont have to pay me. This is the first time I have had any emails of google and iv used adsence for almost a year and have never even been warned about anything. Do you know of any similar cirumstances and what happened in the end. Did google reopen the account and did they get paid I hope the dont think I am paying from my advertising if they dont pay me.
