Ran Online - Hacked?

Have you guys heard of any hacked item(s) on RAN Philppines?
I heard of this one time im playing that he/she bought a burr or lux protection, im not sure, but it was fake? Because it didnt do anything it was just there and you could not right click it to any item?... wierd!!
