I am graduating this year, but I'm still working on a group thesis with my friends. We are having problems within the group because they are arguing about everything. Tina is always freaked out when given a task; Lhoyze always get irritated with Tina; and Lei gets too affected with the misunderstandings. In this rate, we can't finish the thesis. But I really wanna graduate this year. Please help me to patch things up with my friends. thanks!

you know, in this time, your group must set aside personal differences and concentrate on each assigned tasks. personal feelings and gripes towards one another would only delay the process of your undertakings and for sure, your output will be late. at this stage, it is good to start practicing at least a little bit sense of professionalism. once you go out of the school and start facing the real world, the way how you behaved in the classroom would surely reflect your personality as the new member of the working community. i suggest your group will convene for a group assessment and take a loot at your progress. if there is lacking in it, patch it up. you guys need to talk because it's a group work after all. good luck!

My advice is all of you go to your advisor and talk to him or her about what is going on and maybe he or she will come up with a great idea that will get your thesis back on track and done so you can graduate this year. I don't think that you alone can solve the problems. I think going to your advisor will be a big help.
