a question about ikobo plz reply:)

plz help me by answering the following questions, i checked out ikobo website, and ikobo seems like a credit card, and there is a place it says fees, well i need to know, if i registered, will i have to pay anything to register? and if not, then if i recieved money in the account, how to get the money from there? and it says .. for international members,, one time fee of 10 $, i dont have credit card, how will i pay that? when i recieve my 1st payment in theaccount, they deduct 10$? plz help me in such,, i tried searching for the answers, but i couldnt find any!!! :|

I think, you pay a one time fee of $9.95 to have a VISA electron (or Mastercard Maestro) debit card mailed to you. After that, whenever you receive money from RAC, it is electronically and instantly credited. You can immediately receive your payment in cash at any ATM ($1.99 charge per withdrawal) or use it at any place that accepts the card (no charge). Ikobo charges 3% + $5 for each transaction and a $0.99 monthly maintenance fee for the card.

i asked some who use they said u dont pay anything.. i dont get it.. heheh i registered and they didnt say PAY.. lol so im gona put 25$ as my minimum here.. soooo if they took the 10$ and 5$ and 3% and wateverrrrrrrr .. then i wouldnt have to pay anything....
