Why can't get I buy Argula at Safeway in Winnipeg, MB.

I watch the Food Network and they are always talking about Arugula especially in the Italian cooking shows. Yet when I go to Safeway, we just see the same old standbys. We have Chinese vegetables, Mexican vegetables, but no arugula. I would expect with the Italians who live here, there would be. Why is it? I heard that the ingredients in Arugula are better than those in Romaine and Spinach. Or is there but called by a different name?
