Im moving back home :(

So I made it a year on my own, well with a roommate. know she got married and my boyfriend needs to be on his own for a while, so I am going home. My mom is cool, so its not that big of a deal but i always promised myself that I wouldnt move out until i was ready, that way I would not have to come back home.
Now I have to face the fact that I am going back home. Who knows for how long. My mom wants me to stay till i finish college, but i like living on my own. There will be no rules, and it wont be horrible. So, I guess thats all, just wanted to complain, about my situation

I would'nt blame you for wanting to live on your own. I've had to live with my mom while being married and I hate the rule thing. Not only that it's hard to live with someone else. I've always heard that 2 families can't get along. In my case it's with my mother lol. She likes to tell me how I should do things with my kids and it's kind of annoying. I like living on my own and Thank God that I am.

Theres nothing wrong with moving back home. Be thankful that your mom is letting you. I know of a guy whos mother won't let him back home. I always told my son that if he ever needed a place to stay that he is always welcome back home, even if it is with his girlfriend and two kids.lol. He has come back home a few times but only as a stepping stone. Just consider your situation as a stepping stone and enjoy being with your mom while you still can. And now that song by Chris Daughtry is playing in my head.lol.

Don't feel bad about moving back home for awhile. My daughter did it. She was out on her own for a little over a year and then moved back home for about 3 months after a bad relationship with a jerky guy. She's living on her own again. She loves her freedom to come and go as she wants, so living on her own is what she likes best.
