Itunes is the hell! It's a very nice programme and it's so useful for your Ipod, but it's damn hard to manage if you don't know the entire instructions manual.

Well itunes will be of no help to you. Try floola http://www.floola.com to manage your music. It allows you to add music to your ipod, and move music from your ipod to your computer. Another one that I've used was idump(search for it on download.com) Those two work great. I always hated how itunes restricts what you can do with your music.
