my (left) back aches

just 2 days ago, I felt something painful on the lower left side of my back. I thought it was just a muscle pain. But now, I am feeling the pain on the entire left side of my back together with occasional numbness of left arm, chest pains. What is wrong with me? I'm too busy I dont have time to go to a doctor.

People here can only give you advise. We are not doctors. You need to see a doctor right away as your back pains could be serious. Don't take things for granted like I did. I had back pains many years ago which gave me leg pains later and I did not do anything about it till one day I just could not get up anymore. I had to undergo MRI and it was discovered I had a slipped disc. Slipped discs cannot be seen in x-ray. I underwent a microsurgery to suck out clogged fluids which caused the sciatica on my leg.
