Lose my waist not my breast

In the last year i have gained a good twenty pounds. and although it doesn't really look bad on me i can't really show my mid drift because it's flabby, so i want to get rid of the belly but i like my bigger cup size. They have gone from a B to a full C cup. I love it and so does my boyfriend. So how can i lose the tummy and not the cup size?

You don't need to necessarily. With exercise you will make your flesh tighter, and it will look and feel much better...and your health will be better too. If i were you i'd start walking right now....50 minutes non stop everyday at a fast pace. And if you have more time, then join a gym.

What my sister found effective was to go the exercise route, doing tummy tightening exercises and crunches. I'm not sure what she did to modify her eating habits, but it was not as much an impact.
