After a Little Roadblock, the Team has Slowly Gotten Back Together

The team itself had a bit of a slump and there's no denying that. They did also fall into 2nd place but now back in a tie for the lead in the Central Division and also leading the Wild Card. I do believe in this and have a great feeling they could become a great team for the playoffs. But they are still struggling with the road. If they can ever get that figured out, then and only then, the team will be the perfect team and can win championships. When it comes to Interleague play, it didn't go too well even though they finished .500. That's still not too good but not bad either. I'd rather they really prove they can beat teams within the National League. I don't know if they will make it to the World Series this year but I sure hope they really make an effort to push themselves to that position no matter how much the odds will most likely be against them going all the way there. I really believe in this team and I really do believe they can win it all. The pitching has been rather solid for the most part aside from 2 pitchers not having a strong recrod. If they can get all 5 working together and pitch really well, that will be the biggest plus for the team. Can they do this and bring a championship to the city of Cleveland and win there 1st World Series since 1948? I sure hope so.

The Indians have broken my heart many a time, especially in '97 but I feel this is a year of destiny because I live an hour north of Milwaukee and the Brewers are actually playing very well. If both teams can make it to the World Series I am buying tickets to see the tribe in the fall classic no matter how much I have to pay. Go Tribe!

That would be a great series to watch. I'm sure that can go the distance and be a 7 game series.

The Indians may get to the playoffs with the Wild Card but the Tigers will win the Central Division. The Tigers are going back to the World Series.
