i get infuriated every time i get mental-blocked, especially during tests and exams. i mean, i can study for, like, hours and hours.. i study my lessons ahead of time. i do everything to be the top-notcher in class. i'm ok with orals and reports. but when it comes to tests and exams, (i don't know why) i stupidly feel nervous and all - then i get mental-blocked! i tried to relax and focus but it won't work! ö what am i going to do about this? it's like a disease! i want to achieve impressive grades.. ö

well, maybe you should also think positively. start your day with prayer, take a deep breath and think positively that you make pass your exams. its automatic that when you feel nervous you will also lose you concentration and all the negatives will come into your mind. i've experienced that too. im a law student and with all the books lined up, copies of cases to read and digest, and all the memorization stuff, God . . . im feeling that i want to give up! its very traumatic! but still. . . if your really determined, you must retain or maintain your composure. and also one of the secrets they say is that you maust have enough sleep. even if there lots of things piled up to study, make sure that you sleep early and wake up early.
