What can I say. It is not good for Diabetics. The Brown rice is good for you. But the Brown minute rice shoots up my blood sugar. Well I guess I live and learn.

Oh really? I haven't tasted the brown minute rice. It contains what actually? I want to try and cook it. From the looks of it it has plenty of sugar right? Am I right or am I right? haha

Rice is a strange food the way different types of rice effect blood sugar isnt it. I have found a brand here in Australia that is low gi and tastes just as good as jasmine. Jasmine rice is like white sugar for my blood sugar #s.

Can you tell me what the difference is between minute brown rice and regular brown rice? I don't eat the minute rice, but I thought they were the same thing.

Well it makes my sugar go up so what ever they do to it that makes it minute rice must remove some of the fiber. The more they mess around with our food the more it isn't good for us.
