We are known by our "love one unto another"

In light of the discussion about answering people who say there is no God, I thought I would share this. Christians are a definite minority in the world-wide environment of the Internet. It is easy to get defensive or engage in heated battles of words over our beliefs. But John 13:35 says we will be known by our love. Today's blog post on http://www.lifeasachristianwoman.com gives five tips for ensuring we are showing that love on the Internet. Have you ever gotten into an argument with someone over anything on the Internet? I have in the past, and even stopped visiting one forum because the environment was so hostile that I didn't like the person I was on there. I allowed the attitudes of the others to turn me into a beligerant and defensive person rather than a Christian empowered by the love of Christ. Have you experienced this?

I am moved partaining to the words of this issues and concerned to input my own opinion, how we as christians should not run away from the internet, but use it as a vital means through which you and i can preach the gospel, and the goodnews about God to be known to all by making use of this device. As for me the love of christ will be enlightening people who are internet lovers in creating awareness to know who God is, in consideration to those that didn't know him and that will not want to know him who spend there most time on the internet with the computers. And this doesn't cause for any arguement or whatever the best thing i will do is prove my fact through the word of the BIBLE to enliven and back up my point to the argument vanish for that sake of love

Yes I have, it is so easy to get very angry and defensive. I am a christian woman and love to share my love for christ with others and tell them how much my life has changed since I have been saved and totally turned my life over to christ. But alot of people think because I am doing this, I am forcing my beliefs on them, well I am not forcing them, but I want them to know how wonderful life can be with salvation and living your life for him. Just thought I would give my 2 cents. God Bless, G.
