What is your favourite vegetable and why it is liked by you

I guess I'll be boring and say my favourite vegetable is the potato. That's because it is so versatile. You can grate it for potato cakes, mash it, bake it, turn them into chips, have salads with them.

I like cherry tomatoes the best. They are my favorites because they go so well with almost everything. And they have a cool color.
