If you go to www.freewebs.com it is easy to build a wesite.You can add paypal buttons on it.I used to sell add space on my site. Take a look http://www.freewebs.com/moneybagad .If you do not want people to know that you are using a free website you can cloak your link by using tinyurl.com.

How does the tinyurl thing work? Does it cost money to use it. Oh and i have another question. ok lets say i put the paypal button on there and its a download there buying. I have it listed they want to buy it they pay for it. how do they download it? How do i set it up that when they pay the website knows which file they ordered and how to get it to give them a link to it?

You need to do a few things:
1. Register a domain name
2. Find web hosting for it.
3. Use a site like www.hotscripts.com to find a shopping cart application that meets your requirements.
4. Setup your shopping cart application on your website host.
5. Find and signup with an online merchant processor that can accept payments for you providing credit card processing.
6. If required, signup for a SSL certificate and set it up on your web server.
7. Add products, categories, descriptions, prices, images and shopping pricing info etc on your website.
This should help you have your website live letting to sell products. You can outsource the same process to a company and have them do everything for you or do all this yourself. You may also need a unique design implemented on your website shopping cart application.
