Male bosses. No matter what strides our culture has made towards equality between the sexes, in practice it still has a long ways to go. I have worked for some real jerks. Even though I know I'm far more intelligent, they always want to put me down, demand my obedience to their every whim, and keep my opinions to myself. Men stand around the workplace and shoot the breeze while women do the work. Then the men get promotions and raises because they're buddies with the boss. No one notices how hard women work. It's just expected.

The worst thing about being a woman is that we are supposed to wear too many hats. We are supposed to be mothers, providers, homemakers, and often take the place of deadbeat fathers. I don't think men (in most cases) are expected to be so versitale.
