Opinion on Chavs

Whta is your opinion on Chavs? Do you think they are rowdy and horrible or just plain people? Chavs are the ones who started the disgusting Happy Slapping. (i thinks) Personally I dislike the evil ones but not all of them. I have friends who are chavs but some just irritate me!
