Can Sony.com cancell my order for a tv in which the price was wrong or is this now a legal binding contract? When you see a price at your local store and its lower than what it should be they give you that price? Why would it be any different on the web?

Yes they can, they have something in their terms when you buy an item. It depends, some websites will eat the loss so not to get bad publicity, but if the TV was priced way off, they probably will not honor that price
